Introducing Guild Packs for new guilds to join us?

Hello everyone,
bruh has raised my attention on why not making a guild pack to attract guilds to come & play on our server.

This is a good idea overall as I could notice that lots of servers advertisements are offering this (no LR though) but the biggest issue I have here is that from my opinion on this particular old school low rate server, there is no way for me to imbalance the server by giving away pvp cards or slotted gears which is kind of meh to me and maybe free lvl XX on one character, 1 Emperium for sure, maybe a bunch of light white/blue potions?

I do not know and this is way I would like to hear everybody's opinion on this matter and see what kind of compromise we can eventually come up with if this will ever happen here, keeping in mind that current players may not feel at a disadvantage which is surely something I do not want to happen.

The point of this is if 1 or 2 guilds of 10 players each join the server and stay here, more new players will likely be appealed to stay rather than leave due to the low population yet rising up we currently have and I thank you all of those who've been here for almost a month so far and counting

Seems like a good idea, could make different packs depending of how many players per guild would be joining like 5+ 10+ (well 10 is max on guild creation).

How many exp books and what % should they be getting to have kind of the upper hand for a speedy start though?
There are 25%, 50% & 100% exp books + 50% JOB exp book that stacks up and 50% bubblegum.

I believe we should think that they would get the ability to reach level 80~90 pretty fast (under a week?)

What do you think? Any other suggestions? A Big stack of novice flying wings like 1k~5k could be added as well for speedy tp leveling alongside maybe 100 novice butterfly wings.

That's the kind of wings that you will often see me giving out from the Freebies NPC btw.

Edit: How about a poo poo hat & a pair of slotted sunglasses to save them to spend 2.1m zeny for their first pair by doing the quest?

Fair enough yet about the buckler, it may be needed to be a guard so mage can equip it too if I was going to add it as generic items, will update the original quote now.
