Getting Lv 110 weapon in Atomix is really easy (compared to other servers).
1. Go to North Plateau (north of North Cape)
Then use the portal at the top-right corner of the map.

2. You'll reach North Mountain (Southern Side).
There, find Frosty Lady. She's a boss-like monster so spawn every 40-60 minutes.
Kill her.
Her damages aren't high, but her HP kinda is.
She will drop Homunculus Heart, one per person to all party members present.
3. Still on the same map, bring the heart to this heart-eating-chest.

It will give you a list of Lv 110 weapons you can choose
